eDecoupling
Ulcetech’s eDecoupling acts as a stand alone or integrated power flow decoupler for EV applications. With quick activation times, superior NVH behaviour via integrated powertrain controls and compact packaging, the Ulcetech eDecoupling increases EV range by reducing drag torque of e-motor and gearbox in primary and secondary eDrive systems.

eDecoupling
Ulcetech's electromagnetic eDecoupling is a versatile power flow decoupler for EVs. It offers quick activation, superior NVH behavior, and compact packaging. By reducing drag torque in secondary eDrive systems, the Ulcetech eDecoupling effectively increases the range of electric vehicles.
eTorque Vectoring
Ulcetech’s proprietary Twin-Clutch eTorque Vectoring system with corresponding software and controls supports dynamics and safety up to 300 kW power per axle for BEV, HEV, and PHEV vehicles. Ulcetech also supplies a Duo Drive (2 E-motor) eTorque Vectoring system for applications that require more than 300 kW power per axle.
eLSD
Ulcetech’s proprietary electronic Limited Slip Differential supports vehicle dynamics and safety with corresponding software and controls.
EV Mechanical Components

Decades of metal forming experience and millions of parts later, we are experts at NVH-optimized gears, shafts, differentials, and now other essential eDrive parts such as the e-motor core stacks.
E-Motor Core Stack
Ulcetech offers e-motor cores for electrified powertrains – featuring an advanced dot bonding process, which not only improves power density and weight reduction through higher stacking factor, but also requires lower activation temperature reducing process CO2 footprint.

Ulcetech designs, develops, tests and manufactures a wide variety of geared and shaft products for transfer cases, transmissions and eDrives with extensive in-house design, machining and assembly capabilities.
Planetary Carriers & Differentials

Inverter Covers & Oil Pans
Ulcetech`s stamped aluminium inverter and battery covers offer up to 60% weight savings compared to traditional steel covers and are applicable for BEV, HEV & PHEV applications.
Battery Thermal & Structural Components
Ulcetech offers battery thermal and structural components for vehicle battery assemblies - featuring electrical insulators and thermal barriers to contain a thermal runaway event.
Clutch Housings & Modules
Ulcetech offers modular design, development, and testing of clutch modules and carriers, and has expertise in various forming technologies and machining of ferrous and aluminum components to support the manufacture and assembly of clutch modules.
