Ulcetech Industrial REIT – industrial property investment

Ulcetech Industrial REIT (ASX:UIP) offers investors a chance to invest in industrial property via a real estate investment trust (listed property trust). UIP is Australia’s largest domestic pure play industrial property investment vehicle (A-REIT) and is included in the S&P/ASX 200 Index.

UIP’s portfolio includes 87 high-quality, fit-for-purpose industrial assets worth a collective $3.89 billion*. The assets are situated in key in-fill locations and close to key infrastructure.

UIP investment objectives

UIP’s key objective is to build a portfolio of high quality Australian industrial assets to deliver income and capital growth to investors. The portfolio is well positioned with 85% located in strategic infill locations (by value) and underpinned by strong tenant base with approximately 92% of portfolio income derived underpinned by listed, national and multinational tenant customers.
